Billing & Subscription Help

If you would like to change, stop, or review your subscription, please use the same payment method or platform you originally used when signing up.

PayPal

If you subscribed through PayPal, please log in to your PayPal account to manage or cancel your recurring payment directly there.

Bank Transfer

If you pay manually by bank transfer, you can stop future payments through your bank. Please make sure any standing order or recurring payment is cancelled on your side.

GoFundMe

If your support was set up through GoFundMe, please log in to your GoFundMe account to review or manage your payment there.

Direct Website Form Setup

If your subscription was set up directly through a form on our website, we may be able to assist with cancellation or changes.
